My device also doesn't connect anymore. Had over a year with no problem. This issue came overnight. I've tried adding the device again and removed it first. Now I can't add it anymore
either. Tried on my cellphone then on my husbands cellphone. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting nothing working on the app. It’s works manually.

I’m having the same issue. My app froze and wasn’t showing updated humidity info so I forgot the device and now it won’t pair again. Tried on different devices and locations in my home but it did not work. Very frustrated.

Hello, to ensure your device can properly receive messages, please put your device back into network configuration (pairing) mode. This is necessary because when the device reconnects, it will be able to receive the messages we send to process it.
Once your device is in pairing mode, kindly reply to this message so we can proceed with handling your device.

Harper I believe I am having the same issue. My device will not connect. I’ve tried to reconnect, but it keeps saying restart the device.
