From what I see it's something generalized, since Amazon is putting the same problems in comments, I think the company should resolve this in an update

My device also doesn't connect anymore. It is not shown to me via Bluetooth and does not connect to the Internet. This issue came overnight. I've tried adding the device again and removed it first. Now I can't add it anymore either. I bought it at the end of April 2025.

oedland_biegsamer73 - Same issue for me, that seems to happen every time the app receives an update. After that, I've seen the problem 2-3 times now. Leaving electricity out for longer has helped in some cases, but that is not the case this time either. As a result, the device can only be used to a very limited extent.

If it's a Humidifier, I bought it less than 14 days ago, I don't want to connect, the light is normal and I set it to blink quickly and it doesn't even connect

Thanks for your feedback! Could you please confirm if the product you are using is a humidifier? If so, please check whether the device status indicator light is normal. Under normal circumstances, once the app connects successfully, it should automatically reconnect.
